Q: What is your typical process for a new project?
A:
Our process is collaborative and designed to ensure your vision is realized:
Consultation: We start with a conversation (call, video chat, or meeting) to understand your goals, target audience, and vision.
Proposal & Quote: We provide a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and investment.
Planning & Pre-Production: Once booked, we plan all details—location scouting, mood boards, shot lists, and concepts.
Production: This is the photoshoot and/or active design phase.
Post-Production: We carefully edit, retouch, and refine the visuals.
Delivery: You receive your final, high-quality files and, if applicable, the design source files.
Q: Are you able to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) form?
A: Yes,most definitely.
Q: How is the free trial?
A: We are happy to proceed with the standard white background shots as a preliminary trail firstly. However, for more detailed test shoots, we recommend conducting them after the order is confirmed. This allows us to focus on specific sections and ensure each part meets your expectations before moving forward with the full shoot.
We believe this approach will help us deliver the best results tailored to your needs. Please let us know your thoughts.
2. ----Pricing & Packages----
Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Because every project is unique, we don't have a one-size-fits-all price list. The investment depends on the project's complexity, scope, usage rights, and timeline. We provide custom quotes after our initial consultation to ensure the proposal is tailored to your specific needs and budget.
Q: Do you offer packages?
A: We can also build completely custom packages for ongoing client relationships.
3. ----Before a Photoshoot ----
Q: Which part client is responsible for?
A:For the projects, we will need you to answer our basic question to know well about your requirements and, if needed, create an inspo board/moodboard/brief with references to what you’re looking for prior to us starting the work accordingly.
Q: Who is responsible for the shoot location, models, and permits?
A: We can source and suggest locations, models, and handle permitting, and these costs will be included in the proposal. Alternatively, if you have a specific location or talent in mind, we are happy to work with your choices.
4. ----After the Shoot / Design Project----
Q:What is your turnaround time?
A:
Turnaround time varies by per project. Average lead-time is 2-3 weeks upon order confirmed. Also it depends on how's the real-time schedule. We rely on your feedback to create a great piece of work, so the sooner you respond to us, the faster we can move forward. We will be able to discuss a more concrete time frame during your consultation.
Q:How many photos will we receive? Or how many design concepts?
A:
This is defined in our proposal. For photography, we don't guarantee a specific number of images but rather a number of final, professionally edited shots that best tell the story of the shoot. For design, we usually start with 2-3 distinct initial concepts for your feedback.
Q:In what format will we receive the final files?
A:
Photography: You will receive high-resolution JPEG files optimized for print and web. RAW files are not included as standard but can be discussed.
Graphic Design: You will receive all necessary final files, including print-ready PDFs, web-optimized PNGs/JPGs, and, for branding projects, the native source files (e.g., AI, PSD) as outlined in our agreement.
5. ----Revisions & Edits----
Q:What is your revision policy?
A:
We want you to be thrilled with the final outcome. Our proposals include a set number of revision rounds for design concepts or requests for additional photo edits. This ensures the project stays on track and on budget. Major changes after approval or additional rounds will be billed at an hourly rate.
Q:Can we get the unedited RAW photos from the shoot?
A:
RAW files are the digital equivalent of a film negative and are part of our creative process. We do not release unedited RAW files as they are not a finished product and do not represent our quality of work. Our expertise lies in the full process, from capture to final edit.(However, can be discussed if you need.)
6. ----Delivery----
Q:How do you deliver the final files?
A:
All final files are delivered via a secure, high-speed digital download link from Dropbox. You can download them directly to your computer. The link will be active for a limited time, so we recommend downloading and backing up the files immediately.
